Long considered in France as a separate format from large shopping malls, outlet stores have proven their uniqueness: a rare model capable of combining attractiveness and resilience.
Born in the 1980s in the tradition of factory outlets, it had a simple mission: to sell unsold items at bargain prices. But the story didn’t end there. Little by little, the outlet changed in nature. Over time, it evolved into much more, a destination where brands present overstock, past collections, or slightly imperfect items, all at prices around 30% below the original.
