Marques Avenue Talange: an outlet that is reinventing itself

Since opening in 2000, Marques Avenue Talange has continued to evolve in order to anticipate retail trends and offer its visitors an ever-changing experience.
In 2025, the centre will take a major step forward by becoming the first pilot site for the new Marques Avenue codes, derived from the group’s new brand platform: a more hybrid, digital and responsible identity.

This transformation project sets the standard for the entire network.
Its ambition is to completely rethink the centre, both inside and out, in order to offer visitors a unique shopping experience and retailers an increasingly attractive and efficient environment.

An architectural and experiential revival

Outside, the forecourt has been completely redesigned and landscaped. The historic façade has been modernised, and a new iconic entrance has been designed, bathed in natural light and inspired by the centre’s iconic ‘wave’.

Inside, the main entrance has been transformed into a modular agora, designed to host all kinds of events. Relaxation areas and convivial courtyards have been created. The layout also includes a children’s area, a practical services hub and a new catering hub.

Already recognised in 2025 as the leading outlet centre in France by retailers, Marques Avenue Talange is continuing its transition to offer the best in shopping, both in-store and online.
